There are many expenses that we must cover to be able to make the La Morita Mexico Youth Mission happen. Below are a few ways you can help.

Monetary Donations 

Monetary donations are much appreciated and go towards the following: 
  • Scholarships for students who cannot afford to pay the fee for the trip
  • Food and bathroom supplies for the week
  • Supplies for the house: wood, stucco, chicken wire, nails, etc. 
  • Arts and crafts for the Neighborhood Party
  • Gas for the vehicles
  • Other community projects ​

Children's Program Donations 

At the end of our week in Mexico, we put on a neighborhood party at our campsite. We have arts and crafts, opportunity for photos, games and food. 

Donations to support the neighborhood party include: 
  • Paper
  • Markers
  • Stickers
  • Pencils 
  • Beads
  • Yarn 
  • String for bracelets 
  • Coloring books
  • Colored pencils 
  • Any art supplies that we can transport down to Mexico! 

Food Donations 

As we get closer to our send off date of April 10th, we will be asking community members, family members and youths to help supply our kitchen. If you would like to support us by providing food items, here are some necessities we will need: 
  • Breakfast Breads- no nuts
  • Bagels 
  • Snack bars (i.e. Chewy *Bars, Nature Valley Bars)
  • Cookies- no nuts
  • Brownies- no nuts
  • ZipLock bags
  • Cereals (Costco Size)
  • Coffee 
  • Teas 
  • Gatorade/Lemonade Mixes (Large Size)
